Rob 'Waz' Warne

Aged just 15 at the time, Rob played bass on the Passion & Conflict album.

It's a crazy one, and I've no idea where he is now or what he's up to, but Rob was part of a young gang of music fans who came to my gigs in Wigan in the early 2000's. He played bass in a young punk band, and was excellent to the point that I invited him to guest on P&C.

I guess one of my best memories of the Wigan scene at that time involved Rob and a gang of his mates, who all turned up to a gig of mine wearing blue hats ... a finer and more brilliant, humbling tribute has never been repeated!
